We know that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and flexible while respecting the time and effort of our crew. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the start of your scheduled charter will receive a 100% refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the charter start time are eligible for a 75% refund.

• Weather Cancellations: If weather conditions prevent us from safely going out, we will issue a full refund, no matter when the cancellation occurs.
